Removing the Signature 365 Mailflow rule and Exchange Connectors

Scenario

You have been requested to to remove the server-side integration components by the Signature 365 support team, or wish to perform this yourself.

Solution

This process must be completed in the Exchange admin center, the steps below will detail how to complete this process.

1. Log on to the Exchange admin center
2. Select Mail flow and then Rules from the menu
3. Select the Send to Signature 365 for signature injection rule, and select the Delete option
   
   
4. Select the Connectors menu option
5. Select the Send to Signature 365 and Receive from Signature 365 connectors individually, and select the Delete option for each
   

This completes the process of removing the Signature 365 server-side connectors and rules from your Exchange Online tenant.
